Return Policy for Palmtrees.ai:

At Palmtrees.ai, we strive to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service. Our return policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers. Please carefully review the updated return policy below:

PLEASE READ! We are Order on Demand: Please note that we are a small business and many of our products are made on demand, specifically to each order. Due to this nature, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences or sizing/fitting issues. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective items.

Eligibility for returns: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  1. The item was purchased from Palmtrees.ai.
  2. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  3. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  4. The item is not a final sale item (such as clearance or customized products).
  5. The item was not damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Return process: To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email our customer service team at generativepalms@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Clear description of the damage or defect

Our customer service team will provide you with an address and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will thoroughly inspect the issue and, if deemed valid, process the return and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange process: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return process for damaged or defective items above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Final sale items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include clearance, customized, or personalized products.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement.

International returns: At this time, we do not accept international returns.
